Bavette pasta with pesto, potatoes and green beans

Ingredients for 2 people:

bavette pasta 350 g
Serbosco Ligurian pesto 250 g
potatoes 250 g
Green beans 200 g
Grated Pecorino cheese to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash and trim the green beans.
  3. Boil the vegetables.
  4. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  5. Heat the previously cooked vegetables in a pan with the Ligurian pesto and a dash of the cooking water.
  6. Once cooked, add the pasta to the sauce, stir in extra virgin olive oil and place on a plate.
  7. Garnish with grated pecorino cheese and serve.
